Introduction

Welcome to AnimateImg, an AI image animation platform. By using our website at https://animateimg.com/, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Our service uses third-party AI models to create animated videos from static images.

Please read these terms carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. If you're using this for a company, you must have permission to agree to these terms on their behalf.

Account Registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when signing up
  • Keep your account information updated
  • Keep your login details secure
  • Take responsibility for everything that happens with your account
  • Tell us immediately if someone else uses your account

Important: Don't share your account with others. Each account is for one person only.

How You Can Use Our Service

What You Can Do

We give you permission to use our service for legal purposes, following these terms and your credit balance.

What You Can't Do

Don't:

  • Create illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • Try to copy or reverse engineer our technology
  • Use bots or automated tools to access our service
  • Interfere with our service or servers
  • Violate others' intellectual property rights
  • Get around usage limits or restrictions
  • Share your account login with others

Your Content and Generated Animations

Ownership

You own the content you upload and the animations you create. You're responsible for everything you create or share using our service.

What We Can Do With Your Content

When you use our service, you let us use your content to:

  • Run and improve our service
  • Provide customer support
  • Make sure you're following these terms

Content Rules

You can't create or upload content that:

  • Breaks the law
  • Contains false information
  • Uses deepfakes without permission
  • Violates copyrights (movies, shows, music, games, etc.)
  • Sexualizes or endangers minors (any sexual content involving a minor, real or synthetic)
  • Is sexually explicit or pornographic
  • Promotes violence or illegal activities
  • Includes hate speech or harassment
  • Violates privacy
  • Contains viruses or harmful code
  • Impersonates someone else

Important: If you create content with real people, you must have their permission.

  • Other people's photos: If you upload a photo of someone else, you are responsible for having their permission to use their likeness in the videos you generate
  • Lyrics and text: The lyrics and other text you enter are your responsibility — they must not infringe anyone's rights, and must not insult, threaten or harass real people
  • Minors: Photos of minors may only be used with the consent of a parent or guardian

Content Monitoring

We use automated systems, including systems operated by our service providers, to check content. A request flagged by these systems is blocked and nothing is generated or delivered.

If your requests are repeatedly flagged, we may limit or pause generation on your account, and we may suspend or close the account. We keep records of flagged requests for enforcement and legal compliance. We may report content that sexualizes minors, and other apparently illegal content, to the relevant authorities and cooperate with their investigations.

Intellectual Property

Our Stuff

We own our website, service, and technology. You can only use what we specifically allow in these terms.

Your Rights to Generated Animations

  • Free Users: Can use generated animations for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Users who have paid for credits (a credit pack or a plan): Can use generated animations commercially

Your Uploads

Make sure you have the right to upload any content you give us. Don't upload content that belongs to someone else without permission.

Your Ideas

If you give us feedback or suggestions, they become ours to use without paying you.

Payment

Fees

  • You pay for generation with credits. Credits come from one-time credit packs, from plans (subscriptions), or from free grants
  • Credits from a credit pack never expire
  • All your credits sit in one balance and are spent in order of expiry: the soonest to expire go first, and pack credits, which never expire, go last
  • Credits stay with the account that holds them and have no cash value
  • You pay any applicable taxes

Plans

  • A plan renews automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel it. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method, through our payment processor, at the start of each billing period until you cancel
  • A plan's credits are issued each time a billing period's payment goes through (for a yearly plan, the whole year's credits at once) and are valid until the end of that billing period. Unused plan credits expire at the end of their period and do not carry over
  • You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing. Nothing more is charged after you cancel, and the credits you already received stay usable until the end of the billing period they were issued for

Free Credits

  • We may grant free credits, for example to new accounts; the amount and expiry of each grant are shown in Settings → Credits
  • Free credits cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged for cash
  • Creating more than one account to claim free credits again is not allowed; we may remove those credits and close the accounts

How Generation Is Billed

  • Generation runs as an asynchronous task: credits are reserved when you submit, and settle when the task finishes
  • If a task fails, its credits are refunded to your balance automatically
  • A request stopped by our safety systems never costs credits

Payment Processing

We use secure third-party processors for payments. By paying, you authorize us to charge your payment method.

Refunds

Credit-pack purchases are non-refundable. A plan payment is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of the payment and none of the credits it issued have been used. Failed generations refund their credits automatically. Refund requests, billing errors and chargebacks are handled as set out in our Refund Policy.

Service Limits

  • File sizes and processing have limits
  • Service availability isn't guaranteed
  • We may change features anytime

Privacy

  • We collect usage data to improve our service
  • Your content is processed securely
  • We don't sell your personal information

Ending Your Account

If You Want to Leave

You can ask us to delete your account at any time, from Settings → Support Tickets or by email to support@animateimg.com. When we delete it:

  • An active plan is canceled first, so nothing more is charged
  • The account and its history are removed — download any animations you want to keep before you ask
  • Unused credits are forfeited and not refunded

If We End Your Account

We may suspend or close your account for:

  • Breaking these terms
  • Repeated requests flagged by our safety systems
  • Misusing our service
  • Not paying fees
  • Any other reason we decide

Disclaimers

Our service is provided "as is" without any guarantees. We don't promise that:

  • Our service will always work perfectly
  • Your generated animations will meet your expectations
  • Our service will be completely secure
  • Results will be accurate

Liability Limits

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not responsible for:

  • Lost profits, data, or other indirect damages
  • Problems with your content or generated animations
  • Third-party claims against you

Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Your Responsibility

You agree to protect us from any legal problems caused by:

  • Your use of our service
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your content or generated animations
  • Your violation of others' rights

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do:

  • We'll post the new version here
  • Using our service after changes means you accept them

Legal Stuff

These terms are governed by applicable law. If there's a dispute, we'll try to resolve it through discussion before legal action.
